Class 6
Welcome to Class 6's Page!
Class 6 is made up of 29 wonderful children, one teaching assistant - Mrs Balsham (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and the class teacher - Mrs Frost. On Thursday afternoons we are lucky enough to have Madame Kelly for French and and Mr Penfold for PE on Mondays and Thursdays.
As this is the Summer term, please make sure a water bottle is brought into school each day. Both PE lessons will be outdoors (and swimming will begin soon into the second half of the term). Homework is handed out on a Wednesday and is handed in the following Monday (preferably), if not Tuesday is fine.
Our topic this term is: Prehistoric Britain
We will have a lot of fun exploring the prehistoric world by: recreating cave paintings; putting ourselves into the shoes of archaeologists trying to piece together the evidence from this time; design and build models of stonehenge and follow the breath-taking adventures of a Stone Age child in the fabulous book, 'Wolf Brother' by Michelle Paver.
